Want to examine a product before committing to a bulk order? We offer samples to help you make informed purchasing decisions. A nominal fee covers processing and shipping for all sample requests. Good news: when you place a subsequent order for the same item at our minimum imprinted quantity, we'll credit the product cost portion of your sample (excluding shipping charges, rush fees, and pre-production sample costs) toward your purchase. Some limitations may apply. For custom logo samples on individual items, please contact our customer service team directly. Please note that sample orders are non-refundable, with limited exceptions.
IMPORTANT: Our sample program is designed specifically for business customers to evaluate products for potential bulk orders. These are not intended for personal use or consumption. Please note that returns will only be processed in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect shipments.
PLEASE NOTE: Certain products in our catalog are sourced through direct import channels, and sample availability may be limited. While we make every effort to mark these items appropriately on our website, occasionally availability issues arise after ordering. In such cases, our team will contact you promptly to discuss alternatives.
REGARDING IMPRINTED SAMPLES: When selecting the "Random Imprinted Sample" option, you'll receive an item with pre-existing artwork and colors based on current overstock inventory. We cannot accommodate requests for specific imprint colors or designs on these sample items as they are pre-produced overruns.
