1. Return Policy Overview
SwagBrokersLLC is committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most products.
2. Eligibility for Returns
2.1 Returnable Products
To be eligible for a return, products must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as received
- Be in original packaging with all tags attached
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
2.2 Non-Returnable Products
The following products cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized items (embroidered, imprinted, or custom-decorated products)
- Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage
- Products with removed tags or altered packaging
- Clearance or final sale items (marked "Final Sale")
- Digital products or downloads
- Products purchased during special promotions (unless otherwise stated)
3. Return Process
3.1 Requesting a Return
To initiate a return:
- Log in to your account and go to Order History
- Select the order containing items you wish to return
- Click "Request Return" and select the items
- Provide a reason for the return
- Submit your return request

3.2 Return Authorization
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions. Do not ship returns without an RA number, as they may not be accepted.
3.3 Shipping Returns
- Pack items securely in original packaging if possible
- Include your RA number inside the package
- Write the RA number on the outside of the box
- Ship to the address provided in your return authorization
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
4. Refund Process
4.1 Inspection and Processing
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.
4.2 Refund Method and Timeline
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days after approval
- It may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
4.3 Refund Amount
- We refund the purchase price of returned items
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless return is due to our error)
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility (unless return is due to our error)
- Partial refunds may be issued for items not in original condition
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please:
- Return the original item following our return process
- Place a new order for the desired item
This ensures the fastest processing and delivery of your new item.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
6.1 Our Error
If you receive:
- Damaged products
- Defective products
- Wrong items
- Incomplete orders
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will:
- Provide a prepaid return shipping label
- Send a replacement at no cost, or
- Issue a full refund including original shipping costs
6.2 Reporting Damage
When reporting damaged items:
- Take photos of the damaged product and packaging
- Include the photos in your report
- Keep all packaging materials
- Contact us as soon as possible
7. Wholesale and Bulk Orders
Special conditions may apply to wholesale and bulk orders:
- Returns of wholesale orders require prior approval
- Restocking fees may apply (typically 15-25%)
- Custom or bulk-decorated items are generally non-returnable
- Contact your sales representative for specific return options
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time for the refund to post)
- Contact your bank (processing time varies)

9. Restocking Fees
Restocking fees may apply in the following situations:
- Returns without original packaging
- Wholesale or bulk order returns
- Returns of opened or used items
- Returns outside the 30-day window (at our discretion)
When applicable, restocking fees typically range from 15% to 25% of the product price.
10. International Returns
For international orders:
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- International returns may take longer to process
- You are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes
- We cannot refund international shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
