SwagBrokersLLC ships products throughout the United States and internationally. This policy outlines our shipping methods, costs, and delivery timeframes.

2.1 Domestic Shipping (United States)

2.2 Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on orders meeting the following criteria:
- Orders over $100 (retail customers)
- Orders over $500 (wholesale customers)
- Free shipping applies to standard ground shipping only
- Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories (additional fees apply)
- Does not apply to oversized or special handling items
2.3 International Shipping
- Available to select countries
- Delivery time: 7-21 business days (varies by destination)
- Costs calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
- Customer responsible for customs fees, duties, and taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs inspections and delays
3. Processing Time
3.1 Standard Orders
- In-stock items: 1-2 business days
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST process the next business day
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays process the next business day
3.2 Custom or Personalized Orders
- Processing time: 5-10 business days
- Embroidered or imprinted items: 7-14 business days
- Bulk orders: Processing time provided at time of quote
- Rush orders may be available for additional fees (contact us)
3.3 Backorders
If an item is on backorder:
- You will be notified before your order ships
- Options: wait for the item, substitute, or cancel
- Estimated availability will be provided
- We may split-ship available items at no extra cost
4. Shipping Address
4.1 Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Please double-check your address before completing your order.
4.2 Address Changes
- Contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address
- Changes can only be made before the order ships
- Once shipped, address changes must be made with the carrier
- Additional fees may apply for address changes or rerouting
4.3 Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect address
- Refused delivery
- Unclaimed package
You will be contacted to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges will apply.
5. Order Tracking
5.1 Tracking Information
- You will receive a tracking number when your order ships
- Tracking email sent to the email address on your order
- Track your order through your account or carrier website
- Allow 24 hours for tracking information to update
5.2 Delivery Confirmation
- Signature may be required for high-value orders
- Carriers may leave packages at door (at carrier's discretion)
- We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery
- Request signature confirmation at checkout if desired
6. Shipping Restrictions
6.1 Cannot Ship To
- PO Boxes (for oversized items or special carriers)
- APO/FPO addresses (limited to certain products)
- Countries under U.S. trade embargoes

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

- Contact us within 48 hours
- Do not discard packaging materials
7.2 Lost Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it:
- Check with neighbors, building management, or family members
- Verify the delivery address on your order
- Check all possible delivery locations (garage, porch, etc.)
- Wait 24 hours (sometimes marked delivered early)
- Contact us if the package doesn't arrive
We will file a claim with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund.
8. Wholesale and Bulk Orders
8.1 Special Shipping Options
- Freight shipping available for large orders
- LTL (Less Than Truckload) for pallet shipments
- White glove delivery available (additional fees)
- Custom delivery arrangements (contact your sales rep)
8.2 Wholesale Shipping Terms
- Free shipping threshold: $500+
- FOB shipping point (title and risk transfer at shipment)
- Freight terms negotiable for large accounts
9. Holidays and Peak Seasons
During holidays and peak seasons:
- Processing times may be longer
- Carrier delays are common
- Order early for holiday delivery
- Cutoff dates will be posted on our website
- We cannot guarantee delivery dates during peak periods
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by events beyond our control, including:
